Q. I am shopping with a limited budget, what can I buy?
A. At Baby Time Baskets and Gifts we have a wide range, with prices for every budget. You can view our full range by price.
Q. I’m buying a gift for a colleague who is leaving to have a baby, which basket would be best?
A. Our range of baskets and gifts are available in pink or blue, but also neutral colours such as cream, white, yellow, lilac and green, ideal for before the baby is born.
Q. I want a gift for a premature baby, she only weighs 3lbs, do you have anything suitable?
A. Yes, we have a Tiny Baby Range, catering for babies with low birth weight.
Q. My sister is expecting twins, do I have to buy 2 of everything?
A. No, we have a Twin Time range, with neutral colours as well as pink and blue. Also smaller gifts and teddies are available from Gift Time and Teddy Time, and if requested can be presented in pairs.
Q. Can I have the Gift delivered to an address of my choice?
A. Yes, the gift does not have to be delivered to the billing address, providing a signature can be obtained as larger items are couriered. There is also an option for a gift card message to be included with the majority of our gifts.

Q. Is postage extra on larger items?
A. No, postage is included on all of our products regardless of size and weight to Mainland UK destinations, a surcharge will be levied on items sent to Northern Scotland and Ireland.
Q. I would like to buy the Gift Time Keepsake Box Collection in pink, is it possible to select a different teddy?
A. Yes, this is possible, subject to availability. Please contact us prior to placing your order for suggestions and prices.
